Domestic Conflict Response Team
Together, the Calgary Child and Family Services Authority, the Calgary Police Service and HomeFront have created the Domestic Conflict and Response Team (DCRT) - a seamless integrated response interrupting patterns of abuse and violence in families through quick and compassionate action.
In December 2009, the three major partners officially launched the DCRT pilot project through a press conference and announced the $1.5 million funding received over three years from the Safe Communities Innovation Fund (SCIF) through the support of the Alberta government.
