Within 48 hours, Legal Aid Officers can give legal aid representation in criminal, divorce, and civil proceedings. The Court Preparation Program provides victims with legal services, safety planning, court accompaniment and support. The specialized Duty Counsel at court can provide the accused with free information, advice, and representation if needed.
